Durant and Curry will be a part of the 2024 Team USA Basketball group that will play in the Olympics in Paris.
From 2017 to 2019, they were also teammates on the Warriors.
They possessed perhaps the best roster of all time during that time.
Together with future Hall of Famers Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, and Andre Iguodala—all of whom were still in the peak of their careers—Curry and Durant headed this team.
They won two titles and advanced to the NBA Finals in each of the three seasons.
After leaving Golden State in the summer of 2019, Durant played for the Brooklyn Nets and Phoenix Suns for the next five seasons.
During that time, Curry led the Warriors to the 2022 NBA Championship victory over the Boston Celtics, but he has yet to get past the second round of the playoffs.
At their respective ages, Durant (35), Curry (36), and other players in the league are still among the greatest.
Curry averaged 26.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 5.1 assists per game in the previous campaign.
Durant, meanwhile, finished each game with an average of 27.1 points, 6.6 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 1.9 blocks.
