Jalen Green of the Houston Rockets has received his second kid in just three months, following the announcement by girlfriend Draya Michele that she had given birth on Mother’s Day.

Michele, who is 17 years older than the NBA player, shared a lovely snapshot of herself clutching her tiny daughter’s foot.

The model and entrepreneur wrote: ‘My father died on Mother’s Day, 2021.

‘Since then, it’s been exceedingly difficult to commemorate that day without recalling the life-altering phone call I received that morning.

‘So, this Mother’s Day was different. My baby was born safely, and I’ll be eternally grateful for the new memories we’ll make together in the future. ‘Love and light to everyone.
Green fathered a child with California student Myah Iakopo on February 12, approximately three months before this.


Iakopo’s Instagram post on February 14 announced the birth of a baby named Moira Iakopo on February 12.

Iakopo and Green apparently knew each other for a while but were not in a committed relationship.


Nonetheless, TMZ reports that there are no conflicts between Iakopo and Michele, as the former is ‘not bothered about what Green does with his personal life outside of co-parenting.’

Green revealed that he was expecting a kid in March, after scoring a career-high 42 points for Houston.

‘My family,’ he added in a court interview, ‘[and] my baby.’


In his third season with Houston, the Rockets’ standout averaged 19.6 points and 5.2 rebounds per game.

Before dating Michele, the influencer, who has 9.5 million Instagram followers, was linked to celebs such Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa. She also dated Gilbert Arenas, an ex-Wizards star.
