In 2020, James became the first owner of the property in the popular Los Angeles neighborhood.

Through his efforts, the asking price of the 2-acre plot—which was first advertised at $39 million—was lowered by $2 million.

In the 1930s, a four-bedroom house with a tennis court, a movie theater, a swimming pool, and a pool house were constructed. In addition, the property featured a tennis court, seven fireplaces, two independent guesthouses, and eight bathrooms.

James seemed to have a better sense of how to take advantage of the truly stunning environment, even though the Mediterranean-styled mansion overlooked Beverly Hills and the Pacific Ocean.

The new property looks to have been built partially into the slope, and the home’s foundations are beginning to take shape.

Retaining walls and pillars that have been built around the property’s perimeter have also been installed in other regions.

When it’s all said and done, this will be the most valuable property in James’ portfolio.

He also has a residence in Brentwood, California, which is estimated to be worth $23 million and has been owned since 2017.

Not only is this magnificent 16,000-square-foot home the primary residence of the James family, but it also has eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.

Among the other amenities in the home are a movie theater, a wine cellar, a cigar lounge, and a spa with a massage room, sauna, and steam room.

James also owns an Ohio house with a nine million dollar valuation.

Situated on 30,000 square feet, this estate was bought for $2.1 million in 2003 and features six bedrooms and eight baths.

Some of the facilities include an aquarium, a movie theater, a barbershop, a recording studio, and a two-lane bowling alley.

James is now preparing to make his 21st appearance in the National Basketball Association.

He is the league’s oldest active player, and the public took notice of his recent response when it was announced that he had reached this milestone.
