The point guard for the Los Angeles Clippers and former UCLA basketball player Baron Davis sold a house in Las Vegas for $2.375 million.
The 9,029-square-foot house has been on and off the market for the past six years, but it returned in May with an asking price of $2.9 million. According to documents, David bought the property in 2001 for $325,000.
The Spanish-style home is located in the Southern Highlands Golf Club Estates and is entered via a courtyard entry with a fountain. It is set behind a privacy wall. The two-story living area has a double-height stone fireplace living room and a chef’s kitchen with glass rows and wrought-iron accents.
A wine cellar, game area, movie room, library, and numerous wet bars are among the facilities. Among the five bedrooms and five bathrooms is the master suite, which features a soaking tub, a rain shower, and a sizable walk-in closet.
The approximately 0.7 acre beautifully landscaped outside space includes a pool and spa with a waterfall element, as well as a covered terrace.
With the Hornets, Warriors, and Clippers for the majority of his career, Davis, 35, was a member of two all-star teams during his 13-year career. It was in 2012 that he made his Knicks debut.
Listing agent was Tina Cimmino of Vegas Dream Homes. In the transaction, the buyer was represented by Mark Wiley of Vegas Dream Homes as well.
