Property documents indicate that the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home at 7416 Southwest 49th Place in the gated neighborhood of Stonegate was purchased by a corporation under the management of the five-time NBA All-Star. The house is close to South Miami and Coral Gables in unincorporated Miami-Dade.

Throughout the pandemic, home values have skyrocketed, and Butler’s acquisition probably sets a record for the Stonegate neighborhood, where most recent sales have been for less than $5 million.

Last summer, Butler agreed to a four-year, $184 million contract extension with the Heat.

Alejandro Duenas and Jolie Duenas sold the 6,148-square-foot, two-story home. The year 2000 saw its completion. According to documents, the couple bought the house in 2009 for $2.8 million. The listing says it’s one of 12 properties in Stonegate.
