The property spans 35,000 square feet of land. The estate has a gigantic 14-car garage, three wash rooms, and five kitchens.

As he shows Bensinger around his yard, the NBA player remarks, “I can’t believe I have a home like this.” “I literally don’t take anything for granted and I enjoy every single moment, no matter what it is because I didn’t have much growing up.” With 15 acres of property to manage, Howard claims to have one “amazing” person who takes care of everything.
