A specific buyer has not been named in public, but the South Florida Business Journal has found several signs that point to the famous Chicago Bulls millionaire and his wife, Cuban-American model Yvette Prieto.
To begin, the person who bought the 9,100-square-foot house already owns another house in the same building that has been linked to Jordan in several news stories. The Jordans have also signed building contracts with Bull & Bear LLC, the company that bought the house.AirWayz CEO Dr. Michael A. Murphy and his wife Marla put the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home on the market. The other address in the building that Jordan owns is 18,000 square feet bigger. That one was built on 3.05 acres in 2013 and is also his.
The new land, on the other hand, is only 0.9 acres and was last sold in 2017 for $8.3 million.
