Point guard Stephen Curry had to leave his East Bay house when the Golden State Warriors relocated from Oakland to San Francisco in 2019 due to the long commute. The Alamo area residence was completed in 2018 and sold for $6.4 million in an off-market transaction the following year, according to current proprietor Sam Hirbod, who talked with The Wall Street Journal. Curry’s former residence is currently for sale at an asking price of $8.9 million, following an additional three years of anticipation.
