Kevin Durant had a solid performance in Friday’s game against the Indiana Pacers, finishing with 20 points on 9-of-16 shooting, along with seven rebounds, six assists, one block, and one steal. However, the Brooklyn Nets suffered a close 133-131 loss to the Pacers.
Durant played 39 minutes but took a back seat to Devin Booker, who had a remarkable game scoring 62 points. Durant’s scoring efficiency was notable, shooting 54.6 percent from the field, including 41.3 percent from three-point range.
Interestingly, this was the second time in four games that Durant did not attempt a free throw. Despite this, he contributed in other areas, leading the team in assists and rebounds.
In January, Durant has been averaging 26.0 points, 6.9 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 1.5 blocks per game while shooting efficiently from the field.
