NBA star LeBron James calls himself “just a kid from Akron.”

The museum has his Spring Hill apartment TV.
His experience at St. Vincent-St. Mary’s high school is also remembered.
The LeBron James’ Home Court museum’s self-guided tours begin with recreations of his humble Spring Hill apartment and St. Vincent-St. Mary’s high school gym.
LeBron’s enormous all-white 2003 NBA Draft outfit and 3-1 drum set will also be on display.
His Spring Hill apartment TV and high school McDonald’s All-American jersey are also there.
A backboard and rim from St. Vincent–St. Mary High School, where LeBron became ‘The Chosen One’ before joining the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, and Los Angeles Lakers, are also included.
Fan art, original shoes from his biggest moments, James family photos in his replica office, and comments from his journey, including Olympic triumph, are displayed in a gallery.
“My dream was always to put Akron on the map, so to have a place in my hometown that allows me to share my journey with my fans from all over the world means a lot to me,” LeBron said.
“I’ve kept a lot of things over the years, and I knew there would be a time and place to bring them out.”
To benefit LeBron’s hometown, his foundation founded House Three Thirty, now the museum.
General admission tickets are $23, reflecting his old uniform number, and all revenues support House Three Thirty’s job training program.
