Stephen Curry and his family had a fantastic Halloween!
For the occasion, the NBA legend, 35, dressed as the black Power Ranger, posing alongside wife Ayesha, 34, who dressed as Sailor Pluto from Sailor Moon.
Canon, 4, dressed as Bowser from Super Mario, Ryan, 7, as a “wolf witch,” and Riley, 11, as a subway surfer, were among the couple’s three children who dressed up for Halloween.
“The Black Power Ranger x Sailor Pluto.” “An untold love story,” she jokingly captioned the photo. “Feat. Their offspring… a Bowser, a subway surfer, and a very sweet little wolf witch,” the Golden State Warriors player revealed to PEOPLE last month that he is introducing his three children to various sports while at home.
“We’re all doing backyard sports right now,” Curry said. “Nothing is overly organized.” Canon, in particular, is only 5 years old. So we have plenty of time. He’s an all-around athlete. However, his attention span is comparable to that of a 5-year-old.”
“It’s more just confidence building and their ability to find joy in everything they do,” he said. “I think that’s a huge part of kids these days, not feeling too much pressure on having to be successful or keep up with their counterparts.”
“I’m just trying to make sure that whatever they do, they’re having fun,” he said. “There’s a lot thrown at them on a daily basis, as well as a lot of perceived pressures.” So I try to make sure they have fun being kids and find joy in everything they do.”
Curry has previously revealed that his oldest child, Riley, is already gravitating toward sports, telling PEOPLE that her drive is beginning to look familiar.
“I’ve pretty much introduced pretty much every sport, for the most part, to all of them,” Curry said in July. “And Riley, she’s super into volleyball right now, and a light bulb went off, actually this year, where she’s excited to go to practice and dribbling or passing the ball around the house and all that type of stuff.”
“So she’s found something she loves, and she’s passionate about it, and she loves to work at it.”
